Comprehensive update with a complete redesign of the engineering systems

Project and Technical Calculations:

• Apartment with an area of 72 м².
• Abandoning the isolation of a room in the living area (due to its small size – 9.5 m²) in favor of maintaining a single, spacious open plan.
• Design and approval of new utility routing (electrical, water supply, sewage) for the installation of a shower in the second bathroom (2.2 м² area).
• Dual approval required for routing the main riser pipes in the small bathroom due to management company requirements (pipes must only run in the inter-apartment wall, not the wall bordering the common corridor, to prevent moisture spread).

Dismantling of Existing Finishes:

• Removal of old piping/wiring, electrical systems, and partial dismantling of walls/concrete to lay new utilities in the kitchen.
• Sanding/Grinding down uneven ceilings.

Installation of Engineering Systems:

• Water Supply / Sewerage: Complete replacement and installation of new pipes for the shower in the second bathroom (routed inside the inter-apartment wall).
• Electrical System: Complete replacement of the old wiring, installation of new electrical wiring, and creation of new socket groups in the kitchen-living area and bathrooms, conforming to the new layout (stove, dishwasher).
• Relocation of the Washing Machine and Dryer: Installation of utilities and routing for the washing machine and dryer in the second, more spacious bathroom instead of the kitchen-living area.
• Elimination of the Cause of Condensation: Identification and complete concreting of the technical opening with insulation in the main bathroom (related to the building's central utilities), which eliminated the problem of severe ceiling condensation.

Substructure Installation:

• Wall Leveling: Application of 3-4 coats of filler to eliminate wall unevenness.
• Preparing the subfloor for the final covering.

Ceiling and Painting Works:

• Installation of plasterboard ceilings across the entire apartment area to eliminate the unevenness of the old concrete slabs and allow for the installation of modern lighting.
• Final painting following the wall leveling and finishing.

Finishing and Furnishing:

• Final installation of ceramic tiles in the washrooms.
• Installation of the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
• Equipping the small bathroom with shower curtains (ordered from China)as the optimal solution for a very small space instead of expensive glass.
• Final equipping and installation of the kitchen.
